2019 FAIRBOOTH SET UPSCHEDULE

FAIR STARTS Wednesday AUGUST 28TH AND ENDS ON Monday SEPTEMBER 2nd.

Saturday August 17th.
The trailer will be moved to the Fair Grounds

Sunday August 18th
A crew will assemble after the 8am Mass on the to load, deliver and erect the tent portion of the booth. 

Saturday, Sundat August 24th and 25th
Minor cleaning, supplying and testing equipment will occur

Monday August 26th
Potato Salad pre-cooking of potatoes and eggs will begin the evening of in the church kitchen.

Tuesday August 27th.
Potato salads, tartar sauce, bake pre-made pies
This task has been accomplished by a group of wonderful ladies who are asking for assistance. 
This is a fun group to be around so the work goes by quickly. 

 

Fair Booth shift Chair-persons will be contacting you soon asking for your continued help. If you have never been asked to help please contact Andrea Hofland at 208-326-4424. 

We are in need of cream pies or mon-ey donated to buy the cream for the pies. This parish depends on the reve-nues from our Fair Booth. Please do what you can to help.
Contact Martha Busmann or put an envelope in the collection with Martha’s name and “pies” written on it.

Children's Live Rosary

Beginning with Vigil Mass at 5pm Dinner 6:30pm
and Children’s Live Rosary 7:30pm, 
All children are invited to come pray the Rosary,
if you are interested  in sending your child,
please call the office or contact Deacon John, Ana or Maria.

BAPTISM CLASS Lupita Loza will be having Baptismal classes on August 26, 2019 at 7pm in the Parish Hall.

All the proceeds go to benefit the Parish of Immaculate Conception.
December 12 Our Lady of Guadalupe Mass and dinner by Hispanic Community
Christmas Party We collect food for the needy by IDES
