Faith Formation



 Before Father Jorge will set a date for yours child’s Baptism, he must have the following papers in the office:
 Original Birth Certificate
Completed Baptism Registration Forms
Proof of Baptism Classes taken by Parents & God Parents.

If the Parents are not married in the Catholic Church,
the God Parents must present a Catholic Marriage Certificate if they are living together.
If outside our Immaculate Conception Parish, a Permission Letter from your Priest must be provided.
11am Fridays or Saturdays are the time for Baptisms.

RCIA - Right of Christian Initiation for Adults and Returning Catholics

Tuesday evenings at Immaculate Conception at office building at 7 pm.

The RCIA is designed for adults who are interested in joining the Catholic Church by receiving the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist.

If you are an adult who wishes to learn about our rich Catholic faith and tradition, or if you are an adult who has been baptized Catholic and need the sacrament of Confirmation and/or First Holy Eucharist, this group is for you!

We are meeting on Tuesday evenings at Immaculate Conception at office building at 7 pm.
